This is the first edition of the Villa Espana Magazine and fitting that it coincides with the launch of our first UK Showroom in Cheadle, South Manchester. We have been helping clients purchase properties along the Costa del sol and Murcia for 10 years and pride ourselves on the service we now offer. Our aim is to realise both the social and financial benefits of owning abroad for our customers whilst making the process as simple and transparent as possible.

We have made some great friends over the last 10 years since we opened the first office in Spain and have achieved the vast majority of our growth through repeat custom and referral.

Outside our technical knowledge of the property laws and practices in Spain the most significant thing we bring to our customers is peace of mind, based on our first hand knowledge of the area and its development. The fact that I live there myself with my family is testament to my love of the area. It never ceases to amaze me how little the majority of visitors have actually explored the region – the area has such a wide range of locations and properties on offer from the secluded villages in the hills and purpose built golf resorts to the modern beach front developments. In deed, during the winter months a short trip North will even allow visitors to enjoy a few days skiing.

Interest rates in Spain are currently very low compared to the UK (around 2-2.5%). This means that customers are often very surprised at the level of property that is within their budget. Quite often what starts as a speculative enquiry about a distant dream can very soon become a reality - for me there is really nothing more satisfying than handing the keys over.
